METHOD OF PREDICTING DEVELOPMENT OF ADVERSE OUTCOMES OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION WITH ST SEGMENT ELEVATION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2649517 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnosis. Age of the patient is assessed and the condition of the coronary arteries of the SC is assessed before and after PCI by the method of BCIS-1 Myocardial Jeopardy Score (JS). Index of revascularization (IR) is determined in relation to the difference in the state of the CA to the PCI and the state of the SC after PCI to the SC status before PCI. Volume of irreversibly damaged myocardium is measured by determining the maximum level of cardiac troponin I in the blood serum during the first 72 hours from the onset of anginal status (MaxTnI). Assess the time elapsed from the onset of anginal status to achieve effective reperfusion. If the threshold value, which is equal to 0.64720, is exceeded, the development of an unfavorable outcome is predicted. Forecast (logit (p)) is determined by the original formula.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the accuracy of the prognosis, to provide the possibility of an individual prognosis of the development of MACE and/or CHF II-IV FC after IMPST in patients without a previous coronary anamnesis.
