SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to nerve blocking devices. Nerve block catheter comprises a catheter body extending in one direction to form a proximal end and a distal end and having an inner space formed in its longitudinal direction, a movable member mounted on the distal end of the catheter body configured to move in the longitudinal direction of the catheter body, a control element having a distal end connected to a movable member for moving the movable member, a plurality of support members having one end connected to the end portion of the catheter body, and the other end, connected to the movable member, wherein, when the movable member moves to reduce the distance between the end portion of the catheter body and the movable member, at least a separate portion of the plurality of support members is bent, such that the bent portion is removed from the catheter body, a plurality of electrodes mounted on the bending portion of the plurality of support members for generating heat, a supply wire electrically connected to the plurality of electrodes to provide a power supply path to the plurality of electrodes, wherein at least one of the catheter body and the movable member is attached to at least two support members at points which are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the catheter body. According to the invention, at least one of the catheter body and the movable member has a step formed on the surface, which is attached to the support member or has an inclination on the surface which is attached to the support member. Nerve block device includes a nerve block catheter.

EFFECT: use of the invention widens the range of means for nerve blocking of neural pathways by means of a catheter.
