SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for rendering an influenza virus in which a virus-containing liquid from an allantoic liquid of chicken embryos is produced by infecting chicken embryos with the influenza virus, obtained impure allantoic liquid of chicken embryos infected with the influenza virus is inactivated by ultraviolet radiation, after which the samples of the virus-containing liquid are purified from protein and other accompanying ballast components by the gel filtration method, for rendering the influenza virus, the peak fraction of the purified allantoic fluid is taken at the first time at the output of the chromatographic column, selected peak fractions are combined and concentrated, then a sample is prepared for analysis, and rendering of the influenza virus is then performed using a scanning probe microscope.
EFFECT: invention enables to study the structure of the influenza virus through atomic force microscopy.
