FIELD: biotechnology, immunology, medicine.

SUBSTANCE: antigens for vaccine against influenza virus are prepared by preparing the crude viral concentrate and purification of viral concentrate is carried out by gel-filtration method on carrier "DIOL-500". Then viral concentrate is cleaved with detergent β-octylglucoside and vaccine antigens are isolated by gel-filtration method on carrier Sephadex G-50. Advantage of invention involves enhancing prophylactic properties of antigens of influenza viruses. Invention can be used in producing anti-influenza vaccine used in prophylaxis of influenza in population for aim reducing risk and complications of the disease.
