FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blood sampling is performed, blood samples are prepared, cells are scanned in mode of semi-contact atomic-force microscopy and geometrical parametres of cells are measured. Sample is prepared from suspension of native cells, by application of drop onto clean degreased microscope slide, sample is placed into wet chamber, saturated with water vapour, closed with membrane and scanning in water vapour in semi-contact mode is performed with application of cantilever of NSG 03 series with stiffness 0.4 N/m, beam length 100 mcm and resonance frequency within 62-123 KHz.

EFFECT: application of method allows to reduce research time and obtain cell scans with high resolution, preserving their viability, native size and shape.
