FIELD: technique of wireless data transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless data communication means with coverage of both a licensed and an unlicensed spectrum. In the claimed solution, wireless data transmission is performed via a combined air interface, which covers both parts of the primary band and the additional band, which allows to provide improved bandwidth and spectral efficiency in next-generation networks. In this case, the data is transferred in different frame formats through the corresponding primary and additional bands. For example, frames transmitted through the primary band may have a different channel structure, for example, a different size, placement, orientation than the frames transmitted through the additional lane. In wireless data transmission with coverage of licensed and unlicensed spectra, different access schemes and/or waveforms may also be used through the corresponding primary and additional bands. Combined radio interfaces, in accordance with the embodiments, can be dynamically configured via software-defined radio signal (SDR) instructions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of funds for the same purpose.
