SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, public catering, namely to the production of food products, including meat products, a multifunctional three-storied furnace is proposed for the heat treatment process. Multifunctional three-storied furnace consists of a housing with insulation and three chambers: in the upper working chamber there are installed the upper IR emitters (four KGT-220-1000 units), inserted in the devices to regulate its position, the lower IR-emitters (four pieces KGT 220-1000), fixed permanently, tap or tray installed in the slots built into the side walls of the working chamber to fix the distance from the product emitters to the object, the regulator of regimes or the power supply voltage regulator; second chamber provides for the combined heating of the IR microwave, for this, infrared radiators are installed from above on the principle of the upper chamber, along the chamber, if in the upper chamber both the upper and lower heating elements are located across the working chamber, then in the lower chamber along the top, below is a magnetron, the doors of both working chambers consist of observation windows made of heat-resistant glass to monitor the readiness of the product, the next (top to bottom) camera is designed to maintain a certain level of temperature or heating of meat, flour pizza, and further the oven includes a built-in wardrobe for storing household equipment and loose products.

EFFECT: proposed design solves the technical problem for a one-time loading of meat products (for chopped steak) – productivity increases, since the furnace is narrow and high, in connection with this, the maximum use of the area increases, useful use of the area and it is proposed to use the oven for small retail outlets (such as fast food), rent for the premises is high and such an oven will reduce the costs for it.
