Engine controller continues to synchronize the fuel injection in accordance with an increase in the estimated amount of liquid fuel, remaining on the upper surface of the piston head during the operation of heating the catalyst.

EFFECT: technical result consists in adjusting the engine by pre-activating the catalyst and reducing the number of particles (PN).
