FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a spark ignition and direct fuel injection control device. Engine regulation device is proposed in which, in the case where it is necessary to heat the catalyst, the device performs a catalyst warm-up operation, in which the fuel is injected during synchronization during the compression stroke and during synchronization, when a jet of fuel colliding with the surface of the piston head, moves towards the spark plug along the shape of the surface of the piston head, and in which the synchronization of the ignition occurs after the top dead center of compression. Engine controller continues to synchronize the fuel injection in accordance with an increase in the estimated amount of liquid fuel, remaining on the upper surface of the piston head during the operation of heating the catalyst.
EFFECT: technical result consists in adjusting the engine by pre-activating the catalyst and reducing the number of particles (PN).
