Screw propeller contains a rotary head mounted in front of the helical rotor, and is equipped with the individual rotation drives. Helical rotor is made hollow in one piece with a multi-threaded helical ridge. Swivel head of conical or hemispherical execution is mounted cantilever on the shaft coaxial to the helical rotor hollow shaft, and is executed with helical ridges converging as it approaches the shaft rotation axis.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of screw propeller when moving on hard surfaces is achieved, as well as overcoming staircases of common use.
