SUBSTANCE: method of the input signal restoring passed through a filter with a known characteristic allows to solve the problem in the time domain, without using of conversions from the time domain to the frequency domain and vice versa. Method consists in the output signal N values measuring, with a given sampling step, combining of the obtained values into a sampling measurements vector with the same pitch of the filter impulse response h(t) and formation of the matrix
where hi=h(iT), input signal restoration in the form of a vector by calculation, relatively solving the equation for example, by pseudo-inversion by the formula where the + index denotes the matrix pseudo-inversion operation, - vector, which components are the restored input signal values with a sampling rate T.
EFFECT: achieved technical result is in reducing of the computational costs, improving the signal recovery accuracy and expansion of the method application scope to the single short pulses.
