SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to engineering and can be used in the manufacture of bevel gears for cutting teeth and for milling parts. Milling head comprises one or more grooves for placing cutters therein. Grooves are provided with landing surfaces for fixedly fitting the cutters, which are housed in slots with the possibility of adjusting the radial position of the cutters after they have been pre-clamped and axially installed. Variants of constructive execution of the mill with the possibility of adjusting the position of the incisors and the method of such adjustment are given.
EFFECT: reliable insertion of the tool in the grooves of the milling head is ensured.
