SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverage contains 42.0 - 43.5 kg of sugar-containing component, 24 - 31 kg of concentrated base of raw material extractives, 0.7 - 1.00 kg of flavouring agent with herbs aroma, 0.3 - 0.8 kg flavouring base with red bilberry aroma, 1.4 - 2.0 of edible acid, 3.4 - 4.0 kg of brown dying agent, 0.176 - 0.180 kg of sodium benzoate, 0.184 - 0.220 kg of potassium sorbate, 5.9 - 6.2 l of liquid carbon dioxide and the rest - water up to 100 dhal of end beverage. Note that concentrated base contains: 9.0 - 15.0 wt % of Chinese magnolia vine fruits, 9.0 - 15.0 wt % of Chinese magnolia vine spears, 12.0 - 17.0 wt % of marjoram herbs and 53.0 - 70 wt % of snowball tree fruits.
EFFECT: beverage has balanced tender fruit flavour with prevailing aroma of dried pear accompanied by resin tone in aftertaste.
