SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is designed to predict the risk of endometrial hyperplastic processes in women of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black-Soil Region. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Polymerase chain reaction is used to analyze gene polymorphisms rs1398217, rs1073768, rs4986938. If a combination of allele G rs1398217 with allele A rs1073768 with AA genotype rs4986938 is detected, increased risk of endometrial hyperplastic processes is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining new criteria for assessing the risk of endometrial hyperplastic processes in females.
