SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a ship's steerable propeller. Steerable propeller comprises a steerable propeller body that is located at least partially under a ship hull, propulsion motor in the engine car of the steerable propeller, the annular gap between the rotor and the stator of the propulsion motor and the gas pipes passing through the rotor, closed loop of gas cooling and a fan for gas circulation in a closed loop of gas cooling. Closed loop of gas cooling comprises a supply air duct extending between the exhaust passage and the first end of the propulsion motor, and a diverting air line extending between the supply air duct and the second end of the propulsion motor.
EFFECT: effective cooling device is achieved.
