FIELD: soundproofing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic isolation of equipment with means of broadband acoustic suppression and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as a means of protection against noise. Sound-proof casing with the vibration isolation system is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped covering the technological equipment. Process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building floor slab. Clearance between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped is made. Fan is installed inside the casing, and in the sound-proof enclosure ventilation ducts are made, the internal walls of which are treated with sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material. In the casing there are noise silencers installed on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts. On the soundproofing enclosure inner surface, a sound-absorbing element in the form of a smooth and perforated surfaces is secured, between which a multi-layer sound absorbing structure is arranged. Each of the four vibration isolation supports of the vibration isolation system is made in the form of a spring-loaded vibration isolator with a mesh dampener, comprising a base, a lid and an elastic member disposed therebetween. Base of the vibration isolator is made in the form of a plate with fixing holes, on which a supporting element is fixed through an intermediate vibration damping element, elastic element consists of a cylindrical mesh elastic-damping element, enclosed by a cylindrical helical spring. Mesh elastic-damping element is rests with the lower part on the support element of the base, and with the upper part - fixed on the cover, cylindrical helical spring rests against the base, covering its support element, and is fixed on the cover, and the density of the net structure of the mesh elastic-damping element is in the optimum range of values 1.2÷2.0 g/cm3. Wire material of elastic mesh elements is EI-708 steel, and its diameter is in the optimal range of 0.09÷0.15 mm. Elastic-damping mesh element is made combined of mesh frame filled with elastomer.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of noise suppression.
