FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: reactor comprises a horizontally arranged reservoir, a loading neck and a discharge hatch. The reactor is equipped with thermal gates of loading and unloading made as a cylindrical body, inside which on one shaft there are the following serially installed components - a double-staged auger with a tape winding and blades of square shape. The double-staged auger is installed with a clearance of 1.0-1.5 mm to the gate body. The ratio of the winding pitch of the first stage of the auger S to the winding pitch of the second stage S1 makes 2. The blades are installed at the angle of 30° to the shaft axis and have working edges sharpened at the angle of 15-20°.
EFFECT: invention application will make it possible to ensure continuous operation of the reactor and to speed up the time of fodders processing.
