FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of remote probing and refers a method of the disturbed water surface parameters determining in the infrared range. Method includes recording of the intrinsic radiation of disturbed water surface and the atmosphere by the mirror beam by two IR receivers in the wavelength range of 8–14 mcm with simultaneous recording of meteorological parameters. Then, by the regression analysis method, the reflection coefficient, emissivity, temperature and dielectric constant of the water surface are simultaneously determined in the skin layer, where the infrared radiation is formed. When connecting these water surface and the atmosphere radiation measurements by a mirror ray at angles less than 30 degrees from the horizon, determining the disturbance slopes variance from the regression analysis of the relationship between the measured and calculated by the Fresnel formulas reflection coefficient. Variance value is used instead of the calculated one for the updating of the water surface reflection coefficient, emissivity, temperature and permittivity ε in the skin layer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of simultaneous remote determination of the emissivity, temperature and dielectric constant of water in the water surface film layer.
