SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of alcohol-free beverages. Alcohol-free beverage is characterized by the fact that in order to obtain 1 kg of the beverage, concentrated grape juice in an amount of 671.855 g is used, 300 g of concentrated apple juice, sodium bicarbonate 0.005 g, food grade ascorbic acid 1.0 g, sugar 25 g and potassium sorbate 1.5 g. Beverage also includes natural flavoring emulsions "Ginger", "Cardamon", "Fenugreek", "Wormwood" and "Chili".
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of non-alcoholic tonic beverages, which have a positive effect on the health of consumers.
