FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Valve body is made in the form of the lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is a lined load trim closing the hole in the body of the protected object. In the upper cylindrical part of the valve body there is a heat-insulating element and a sealing membrane placed, which is pressed against the valve body by means of the cover, which is hingedly connected to the lever arm that interacts with the baffle plate. Fastening device of the rupture element is fixed by its upper part on the lever, and the lower one - to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Rupture element consists of a wire, a locking bolt, a plug, a valve cover lever, a nut, two drums located respectively in the plug of the valve cover lever and in the plug of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body, while the ends of the wire are inserted into the holes of the drums and then wound on them. Movable connection of the lined load trim with the base of the valve body is made in the form of three vertically mounted rods in the holes made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined load trim, with the lower part of the rods fixed in the base of the valve body, and in the upper part there is a damping device fixed to the horizontal bridges of the rods, and facing the load trim. Each of three damping devices is fixed on horizontal bridge rigidly connected to the rod and made in the form of a circular disk, on which the base of the damping device is fixed by means of screws, made of rigid Agat-type vibration damping material, which is connected to an elastomeric bushing having a central hole, through which the rod is passing. Bushing has at least three holes coaxial with the rod, in which the elastic elements are located, for example cylindrical helical springs, the upper end of which is connected by means of fastening elements to the base of the damping device, and the lower one - in a free state, which protrudes beyond the bottom plane of the bushing by a distance determined by the force developed by the shock blast wave. Inside the elastic elements, coaxial to them, additional elastic elements are located, for example, made in the form of cylindrical helical springs, while their upper end is connected to the base of the damping device, and the lower one is in a free (non-spring-loaded) state and protrudes beyond the lower plane of the elastic elements by a distance determined by the force developed by the shock blast wave. Between the damping device and the metal frame with armored metal lining, to the base of the damping device made of rigid Agat-type vibration damping material, a bushing is attached made of quick-breaking material, for example, "triplex" type glass. To the outer surface of this bushing, the safety indicator responding to the occurrence of an emergency situation is attached, made for example, in the form of a sensor responsive to deformation, such as a strain gage, output of which is connected to signal amplifier, for example, a strain amplifier, and the output of the strain amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency alerting system. Blast valve contains a body, heat-insulating and rupture elements, a lined load trim movably connected to the valve body.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of protection of process equipment from explosions.
