FIELD: explosion protection methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-protection devices and can be used for protection of process equipment explosion in the event of an emergency. Explosion-protection device with an alarm system warning of the initial phase of an emergency contains a valve body, lined load gate, which is movably connected to the valve body by at least three flexible connections, rupture element in the form of a membrane safety device, and, on one of the diametrically arranged straps of the membrane assembly of the membrane safety device, a security indicator is mounted in the form of a sensor responsive to deformation, whose output is connected to a signal amplifier, and the output of the signal amplifier is connected to the input of an alarm device warning the personnel of an emergency situation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions in the event of an emergency.
