FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat-and-power engineering and can be used in hot water boilers to cover the hot water demand during the non-heating period. Boiler house contains at least one hot water boiler, supply and return network mains pipelines, supply and return hot water pipelines, water-to-water heat exchanger, connected by heating medium lines between the delivery water supply and return pipelines and by heated medium pipelines between return and supply hot water pipelines, delivery water pump, circulation pump, make-up pumps, control crossover pipe connecting delivery water return and supply pipelines, and chemical water purification plants connected with delivery water and hot water return pipelines through make-up pumps, the boiler house being additionally equipped with a heat pump system, while the evaporator of the heat pump system is connected to the delivery water supply pipeline after the control crossover pipe, and the condenser of the heat pump system is connected, after the circulation pump, between the return and supply hot water pipelines.
EFFECT: this makes it possible to reduce fuel consumption for hot-water boilers during the non-heating period by using low-potential thermal energy from the heating carrier circulating in a closed circuit of the heat supply network.
