SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to digital television and can be used to search in the broadcast video content of a predetermined frame (sequence) group. System is proposed for detecting a group of digital broadcast frames. System comprises a digital television signal receiver, a frame conveyor, a database, a means for sampling the luminance values of the frame segments. System also comprises a rank correlation device, a frame identification threshold value storage device, a means for comparing the obtained value of the rank correlation coefficient with the frame identification threshold value. In addition, the system comprises a navigation equipment for users of satellite radio navigation systems signals, a database of protocols for identifying a group of frames.

EFFECT: technical result is providing the ability to simultaneously search for groups of frames in a set of digital TV channels with low requirements for the power of computing resources.
