FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement technique, in particular to optical methods of monitoring, and can be used in the electronic and chemical industries, in medicine, biology, ecology, powder metallurgy and other fields of science and technology, which are related to the determination of parameters of suspended particles. Device for determining the distribution of suspended particles by mass contains the laser emitter, the generator, the piezo-radiator. In addition, it contains the biconcave lens, the optical diffuser, the optical radiation absorber, the inspection window, the slot, the collimator lens, the triangular prism, the camera lens, the CCD and the microprocessor control and processing device.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of the data when determining the distribution of suspended particles by mass.
