SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an area for determining parameters of suspended particles. Device for determining parameters of suspended particles contains an air duct, laser emitter, lens, CCD matrix for registration and processing of at least two images of a plane flow region of particles, "cut out" by a light sheet of laser, and also contains a series-connected acoustic radiator, power amplifiers, digital-to-analog converters, temperature sensor, amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters, DSP-processor, ECM, hybrid interface with external devices, digital indicator.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in data information content and the definition of the velocity field, size, shape, density and mass of the suspended particles.
