FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise suppression. Silencer contains a body consisting of a cylindrical shell rigidly connected to end round plates having, respectively, inlet and outlet branch pipes, in the body, perpendicular to the aerodynamic flow movement direction, at least three reactive chambers formed by circular disks with holes are located, wherein the openings in the discs are alternately displaced relative to the body axis in such a way, that the openings in two adjacent discs do not coincide, at that, the three successively connected reactive chambers are connected to the housing inlet branch pipe, as well as to the combined chamber and the outlet branch pipe, and the combined chamber is formed by the annular perforated disk and end circular plate, which are interconnected by means of a central bushing, which inner surface is lined with sound absorbing material and coaxial to the cylindrical shell, wherein one of discs facing the inlet branch pipe is lined with a sound-absorbing round element, while the sound-absorbing round elements are also installed on discs with holes forming the jet chambers. Coaxially to the cylindrical body, in the chambers, sound-absorbing ring elements are installed, each of which is made in the form of a rigid and perforated walls, between which two layers are located: sound-reflecting layer adjoining rigid wall, and sound-absorbing layer, which adjoins the perforated wall, wherein sound reflecting material layer is made from complex profile composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, allowing to reflect sound waves incident in all directions.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of noise suppression.
