SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic echolocation of anatomical structures is conducted, the amount of synovial fluid, optical density of the knee joint tissue, and amplitude of pulse oscillations in the suprapatellar sac are measured. When the amount of synovial fluid is 55.81 ml and above, optical density is 0.56 and below, amplitude of pulse oscillations is 13.45 mm and higher, rheumatoid arthritis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of knee joint rheumatoid arthritis.
