SUBSTANCE: cultivation of micro runners of alycha in phase of multiplication on the medium QL with addition of sucrose 30 g/l, agar agar 9 g/l, benzylaminopurine 0.5-2 mg/l and zeatin 0.05-1 mg/l, rooting of micro runners on macrosalt half medium QL with addition of sucrose 20 g/l, agar agar 9 g/l, indoleacetic acid 0.1-1 mg/l, and/or isobutyric acid 0.1-1 mg/l, and/or peroxyacetic acid 0.1-1 mg/l, while the phase of multiplication is carried out in two passages for three weeks each, while in the second passage they transfer entire conglomerates of gemmas and runners without separation, and the phase of rooting is performed for the first 2-7 days in the dark, and then for 1-2 weeks in the light.

EFFECT: efficiency of production of own-rooted micro-plants.
