SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The claimed nutrient medium contains half the concentration of salts dissolved in distilled water according to MS: ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride, potassium dihydrophosphate, magnesium sulfate, boric acid, manganese sulfate dihydrate, cobalt chloride, copper sulfate pentahydrate, sodium molybdenum dihydrate, zinc sulfate heptahydrate, potassium iodide, iron (II) sulfate heptahydrate, 2-water disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, vitamins pyridoxine and thiamine, as well as sucrose and agar. In addition, ascorbic acid is additionally introduced into it at the following ratio of ingredients, mg/l: NH4NO3 825.0; КNО3 950.0; CaCl2 166.1; KH2PO4 85.0; MgSO4 90.35; H3BO3 3.1; MnSO4×2H2O 8.45; CoCl2 0.0125; CuSO4×5H2O 0.0125; Na2MoO4×2H2O 0.125; ZnSO4×7H2O 4.3; KI 0.415; FeSO4×7H2O 13.9; Na2EDTA×2H2O 18.63; pyridoxine 0.4-0.6; thiamine 0.4-0.6; ascorbic acid 0.4-0.6; sucrose 20000; agar-agar 4000; distilled water - up to 1 l.
EFFECT: proposed nutrient medium expands the range of nutrient media that allow preserving the genotype of the original plants and further using them as pharmacological raw materials, reduces the duration of the full cycle of obtaining regenerating plants Aralia continentalis Kitag and, as a result, reduces material and labor costs.
