FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and can be used in the design of process equipment for electroerosive machining of surfaces. In the method, electroerosive machining is performed by rotating two electrodes connected to the current leads of electrodes, one of the electrodes being a preform, and the second – a tool with a pipeline lead to it to supply a dielectric liquid. To rotate the electrodes, coaxially mounted actuators are used. Electrodes provide the possibility of torsional oscillations, connecting them with the fixed part of the process system by elastic elements. On the drives, torque pulses are created, and by adjusting their power and recurrence frequency, the amplitude of torsional oscillations of the electrodes is set at least one full revolution. Method uses current leads and a pipeline for supplying a dielectric liquid, made in the form of elastic elements, making torsional oscillations together with the electrodes to which they are attached by means of fixed connections.
EFFECT: simplification of electroerosive machining with rotating electrodes by simplifying the design and increasing the reliability of the tooling.
