FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroerosion processing (EEP) of geometrically-complex products of high accuracy with a wire tool electrode (TE) on electroerosion multi-axis cutting machines with CNC, additionally provided with equipment for generating elastic ultrasonic vibrations (EUV). The method comprises shaping the predetermined product surfaces on the electroerosion multi-axis cutting machine with CNC by coordinating the axis motions of the wire TE along a path defined by a control program (CP). The EEP method of products by the wire TE is carried out using the energy of the EUV which is applied to the upper guide of the tool bracket of the machine with the direction of the TE supply to the processing area from bottom to top or the lower guide of the tool bracket with the direction of the TE supply to the processing from top to bottom alternately, first in the direction of the forming surface of the product with an envelopment side surface, then towards the forming surface of the product with an envelopment side surface.
EFFECT: simultaneous manufacture of two products in the form of a punch and a matrix with strictly vertical lateral surfaces.
