FIELD: traffic control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and can be used in hardware and software systems for operator management of movement on passenger railway tracks. System contains a memory block, three data servers, two of which are connected to working station processor of traffic control worker and to transceiver modules and which are connected via communication channels to transceivers installed on locomotives of trains. Moreover, the working station of traffic control worker includes a memory unit, an information input unit, block for setting conditions for movement of trains, block for entering parameters of normative train schedule, unit for calculating infrastructure parameters, unit for calculating available capacity, unit for circulation necessary bandwidth, a comparison unit, a comparison unit with a set value, a monitor and a graphics update unit connected to the second memory unit.

EFFECT: it is possible to increase the efficiency of traffic control system on line by ensuring the optimal use of energy resources and minimizing the wear and tear of elements of infrastructure and rolling stock.
