FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes an elastic element, a housing and a dry friction damper. Body is made in the form of a hollow vertical pots interacting with the T-shaped platform. Platform is elastically coupled with a dry friction damper. Damper is made in the form of a sleeve whose inner surface interacts with the external surface of the post via spring-loaded friction elements. On the external surface of the bushing there is a spring supported by the post base. Between the interacting surfaces of the bushing and the post there is a buffer limiting element in the form of a disk spring package. At the upper end of the buffer limiting element there is an annular load cell located, connected to the strain gauge, which is connected to the control unit that issues a command to turn on the actuator, which is made in the form of a self-locking worm gear.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
