FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Method of vibration isolation in the damper of dry friction is as follows. Dry friction damper is made in the shape of a bushing the inner surface of which via spring-loaded friction elements interacts with the outer surface of the post. On the outer surface of the sleeve, a spring is fixed, resting on the base of the post. Between the interacting surfaces of the sleeve and the column, a buffer restrictor element is arranged, which is embodied in the form of a disk spring disk. At the upper end of the buffer restrictor element, an annular load cell is placed, which is connected to a strain gage connected to the control unit. Control unit issues a command to activate the actuator, which is in the form of a self-locking worm gear. Worm gear presses the springs with friction elements to the outer surface of the rack.
EFFECT: enabling increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
