FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator consists of a resilient element, a housing, and a dry friction damper. The housing is made in the form of a hollow vertical post, interacting with the T-shaped platform. The dry friction damper is made in the form of a sleeve, the inner surface of which interacts with the outer surface of the post through the spring-loaded friction elements. A spring resting on the base of the post is fixed on the outer surface of the sleeve. Between the interacting surfaces of the sleeve and the post there is a buffer limiting element. The elastic element is made in the form of a spring with an integrated damper. The spring is made screw cylindrical and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part has coils of rectangular section with rounded edges and the second part is made hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of the segmented profile of the contacting parts of the spring are filled with antifriction grease for friction units containing mineral oil and a lubricating additive. A sealing gasket is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent grease leakage. The first part of the screw spring is covered with a tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
