SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular biology and biotechnology, specifically to the creation of a bioresorbable cellular scaffold based on fibrin of the blood plasma. Method comprises mixing a blood plasma or a cryoprecipitate of a blood plasma with a solution of type I collagen having pH of 7.4, introducing a suspension of animal cells and adding a thrombin-calcium mixture in a ratio of 3.94:2.86:1:1.09, respectively.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a bioresorbable cellular scaffold having a 3D structure and containing cells uniformly distributed throughout the thickness.
