FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. A method for the manufacture of a personalized cell-populated vascular prosthesis in vitro consists in the formation of a prosthesis frame from a mixture of polyhydroxybutyrate/valerate at a concentration of 3 to 7% (m/v) and c-polycaprolactone at a concentration of 9 to 14% (m/v) by the method of electrospinning, coating framework with autologous fibrin with further colonization of the inner surface with autologous colony-forming endothelial cells isolated from peripheral blood in an amount of at least 700,000 cells per 1cm2 and preparation of the endothelial layer under conditions of a pulsating flow-through bioreactor for further implantation into the vascular bed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain tissue-engineered small-diameter vascular prostheses covered with autologous fibrin and populated with the patient's own endothelial cells and can be used to replace damaged blood vessels and to perform shunting operations.
