SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for screening the sensitivity of leukemic cells ex vivo to the action of various substances, in particular preparations and promising drug substances, as well as combinations thereof, which can be used in medicine. Method consists in isolating leukemic cells from an aspirate of the patient's bone marrow, obtaining an autologous serum, forming multicellular aggregates by culturing the leukemia cells obtained, using a nutrient medium supplemented with said autologous serum, and examining the action of the preparations is performed in a nutrient medium supplemented with the same autologous serum.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to approximate the in vitro condition in situ, significantly enhances the drug resistance of leukemic cells, and also approximates the specific response of leukemic cells to drugs under ex vivo conditions to in situ conditions, which in turn provides an effective strategy for therapeutic treatment tailored to the specific conditions of the microenvironment leukemia cells in situ.
