FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing an autologous bone marrow cell concentrate. Bone marrow aspirate is sampled from a posterior iliac spine by means of a syringe having a needle with a mandrin. Introducing the collected aspirate into the working chamber of the centrifuge and centrifuging it at speed of 3,000 to 4,000 rpm, wherein during centrifugation the aspirate is exposed to light beams with wavelengths of 470 nm and 940 nm. Light beams passing through the aspirate are recorded on a light sensor located opposite the light sources. From the centrifuge working chamber, a fraction containing mesenchymal cells is alternately withdrawn, which is represented by platelet-rich plasma, platelet-depleted plasma and erythrocyte sediment. Thrombocyte-rich plasma is withdrawn from the working chamber of the centrifuge if no light beam with wavelength of 470 nm is detected on the light sensor. Thrombocyte-depleted plasma is removed from the working chamber of the centrifuge, if light beams with wavelengths of 470 nm and 940 nm are simultaneously recorded on the light sensor. Erythrocyte sediment is removed from the working chamber of the centrifuge if a light beam with wavelength of 940 nm is not detected on the light sensor. Then thrombocyte-rich plasma is diluted with excess thrombocyte-depleted plasma and the obtained liquid is filtered from foreign inclusions.

EFFECT: invention provides higher therapeutic efficacy of the biological preparation prepared from the bone marrow aspirate.
