FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for heat treatment of low-rigid axial-symmetric shaft-type parts. Device is provided with a plate with a guide groove in which two end supports and one central support are successively installed, and at the ends of the plate there are longitudinal displacement drives with longitudinal displacement mechanisms installed. Supports are made with the possibility of independent longitudinal movement from the longitudinal movement drives by means of longitudinal movement mechanisms. Each support is made in the form of a body with through perpendicular holes, one of which is made coaxial to the axis of the workpiece rotation drives, and the other is perpendicular to this axis. In the last hole, a thrust ring is installed with a possibility of transverse displacement relative to the axis of the workpiece, on the lateral surface of the supports there is a drive for transverse displacement of the thrust ring, wherein, on one side of the body, the through hole in the support, which is perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece rotation drives, is configured to be closed by the thrust ring transverse displacement drive, and the thrust ring is connected with the thrust ring transverse displacement drive. Heating elements are made with sliding contacts installed along the edges of the central support and connected to the power supply unit.

EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of the quality of shaft machining.
