FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: radar-location level gage for measuring the volume of bulk products in tanks. Invention relates to the control and measurement of bulk products in tanks and can be used in chemical, mining, construction, as well as in various enterprises, where they operate reservoirs filled with bulk products. Radar-location level gage for measuring the volume of bulk products in tanks contains a level 1 sensor, a software module 2, an interface converter 3, a multi-channel transmit-receive module 4, a control device 5. Multi-channel transmit-receive module 4 comprises five microwave modules 6, five antennas 7 and two switches 8. Microwave module 6 is a printed circuit board made of a layered microwave material. On the outer side of the printed circuit board facing the focusing lens 9, a group of microstrip radiators is realized which together with the focusing lens 9 form an antenna 7. Two switches 8 are located on the printed circuit board 10, which is located inside the multi-channel transmit-receive module 4. Multichannel transmit-receive module 4 is enclosed in a metal casing in the form of a cylinder. Cylinder on the side facing the product to be measured has a protective shield 11 in the form of a circular plate made of a radiolucent material.

EFFECT: improved performance of radar-location level gage due to reliable and reliable measurement of the volume of bulk products in tanks due to the possibility of making measurements on different sections of the investigated surface and the absence of any moving mechanical assemblies.
