FIELD: engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Exhaust gases control device for the internal combustion engine comprises additive valve, a tank, a channel for the urea water, pump, nitrogen oxides selective reducing catalyst and an electronic control module. Additive valve is configured to add urea water to the internal combustion engine exhaust port. Tank is designed to store urea water. Urea water channel connects the additive valve and the tank to allow the urea water circulation. Pump enables the urea water circulation into the urea water channel. Nitrogen oxides selective reduction catalyst is located in the outlet port section on the additive valve downstream side. Nitrogen oxides selective reduction catalyst is configured to purify nitrogen oxides in the outlet channel using urea water. Electronic control module, configured to control the pump. Electronic control module controls the pump as the first control in such a way, that the accumulated in the additive valve and the urea water channel predetermined amount of urea water returns to the tank after the internal combustion engine is stopped. Electronic control module controls the pump as the second control in such a way, that the urea water in the tank predetermined amount or more is discharged from the tank to the urea water channel after the first control is performed. Electronic control module controls the pump as the third control in such a way, that all the urea water accumulated in the additive valve and the urea water channel is returned to the tank after the second control is performed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing wear in the additive valve and in prevention of the additive valve clogging, which are caused by increase in the deposits particles size.
