SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the smoking articles comprising segment filters assembling machine, and to the smoking articles comprising segment filters assembling method. Assembled smoking articles manufacturing device comprises the first cutting station, which is configured to cut the filter rod into at least three filter segments, attachment station, configured to connect the filter segments to the tobacco rods to form the assembled smoking article, and a second cutting station configured to cut the assembled smoking article in the filter segments area to form two smoking articles. Smoking articles manufacturing method includes the stages of the filter rod placement between the tobacco rods; filter rod cutting into at least three filter segments; feeding paper for gluing, for filter segments attaching to tobacco rods, for assembled smoking article forming; and the assembled smoking article cutting in the filter segments area to form two smoking articles, where each contains two or more filter components.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is formation of the smoking articles having segmented filters.
