FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, in particular to a heat-storing salt composition. Heat-storing salt composition (HS) is a system of LiF-LiCl-SrFCl-SrCO3. Composition provides the serviceability of the mixture at the temperature range from 395 to 1200°C at the following ratio of components, mol%: lithium fluoride - 7.0-7.1; lithium chloride - 66.9-67.0; strontium chloride fluoride - 0.99-1.1; strontium carbonate - 24.95-25.1. Total amount of accumulated energy while heating of the composition up to 800°C is 619.497 kJ/g.
EFFECT: invention provides a heat-storing composition with a serviceability at a wide temperature range, an increased specific heat of fusion and a density with low corrosive activity with respect to structural materials of thermal accumulators.
