FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro-acoustics and is intended for determination of parameters of noisy objects in sea. Device containing a multi-element acoustic receiving antenna for noise control, a fan-forming unit for directional characteristics in the horizontal and vertical planes, a band-pass filtering unit, detector, accumulator, signal/interference ratio calculation unit, object detection unit with direction detection, sensor array forming unit, vertical sound speed cut measurement unit, a block for calculating the field, a block for forming a prediction matrix for the distance-depth grid, a block for forming a two-dimensional function of a similarity measure, a joint determination of distance and depth block, a noise determination unit. Device is completed with new blocks, namely the block for determining the position of the global maximum in the energy sweep in the measurement, by the block for determining the position of the global maximum in the energy sweep for each prediction point along the distance-depth grid, block of formation of inverted lists, pre-selection block.
EFFECT: this makes it possible to reduce the volume of equipment for obtaining information about a noisy object in the sea due to a reduction in the number of computational operations.
