FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, gynaecology. Skin incision is performed in 8th intercostal space. Pocket for the reservoir and canal 8–10 cm long for the catheter are formed in the subcutaneous cellular in blunt manner. Intraperitoneal catheter is inserted along the formed canal, which is attached to the reservoir by means of a fixing ring. Reservoir is fixed with three interrupted sutures; the catheter is filled with physiological saline with heparin and placed in a small pelvis. Laparotomy wound is closed, the HIPEC procedure is performed with the further performance of normothermal chemo-perfusion through the port system.
EFFECT: method enables improving the treatment results, more effective exposure of the disseminated tumour process in the abdominal cavity, excluding the reservoir displacement in the subcutaneous fat during the patient's movements, effective removal of the ascitic fluid without the risk of complications.
