FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and pathologic physiology, is aimed at creating an adequate model of deep-rooted periodontitis for testing new technics of curing. Method of modeling deep-rooted periodontitis involves the use of an infectious agent and mechanical abnormality to periodontium telas. For this, deformity of gum is created by breakage of annular attachment of lower teeth. Into this deformity infect dental deposits – dental tartar and dental scale are inserted, which were taken in advance from a patient with nasty form of periodontitis. Then, self-etching viscid system is applied to the teeth, it is gleamed with a photopolymer lamp, orthodontic wire is applied and fixed it with flowable spectrum bond.

EFFECT: method provides the impact of several pathogenetic factors of the development of deep-rooted periodontitis, providing an adequate model of the disease.
