FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for the combined treatment of stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Conduct 2 courses of preoperative chemotherapy according to the scheme paclitaxel 175 mg/m² and carboplatin AUC 6 in parallel with the course of remote radiation therapy to a total focal dose of 40 Gy against a background of local hyperthermia 2 times a week. Conduct chemotherapy courses on the 1 st and 22 nd days. Course of remote radiation therapy is carried out for 2.5 weeks from the 8th to the 23rd days in a mode of hypofractionation of 3 Gy × once a day, 5 days a week. Apply a course of local hyperthermia, consisting of 10 sessions: 30 minutes after administration of chemotherapy or 1 hour before irradiation for 45–60 minutes at a temperature of 41 to 42 °C from the 1st to the 31st days. Perform surgical treatment 4 weeks after the end of thermochemi-radiotherapy.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of preoperative thermochemi-radiotherapy, a reduction in the incidence of complications due to selective enhancement of tumor damage and reduction of the radiation load on normal tissues and improvement of the treatment results.
