SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the combined treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of stage II-III. 2 courses of chemotherapy are performed according to the scheme 175 mg/m² of paclitaxel and carboplatin AUC 6 on day 1 and 20. At that, radiotherapy is started from day 4, 2 Gy × 1 time per day, 5 days a week, 4 weeks before the total focal dose of 40 Gy against a background of local hyperthermia (LHT). LHT is carried out 2 times a week, 10 sessions, 40 minutes before irradiation or chemotherapy drugs administration for 40-60 minutes at a temperature of 42.5 to 44°C. Four weeks after the end of thermochemotherapy, radical surgical treatment is performed.

EFFECT: improved immediate results of stage II-III NSCLC treatment by increasing the frequency of regression and respectability, reducing the number of complications, achieving reliable local control and preventing the development of hematogenous metastases.
