FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of tribotechnics, in particular to devices and methods for research on abrasive wear resistance, with respect to the parts with coated or hardened working surfaces, which are operated under the conditions of abrasive wear in loose abrasive. Device contains several test samples attached to the surface of the cylindrical mandrel at the certain angle with respect to the plane of its rotation equidistantly along the axis in different sections, forming the screw line on it.
EFFECT: possibility of conducting accelerated comparative tests on the abrasive wear resistance of several specimens simultaneously by means of moving them in the loose abrasive along the circular trajectory with the change in the angle of inclination to the plane of rotation, increased agility of the outwearing medium and wide universality.
