SUBSTANCE: method for determining functional state of the hemostasis system, which consists in measuring the amplitude of recording the process of blood coagulation at its beginning, determine the indices of the beginning and the end of the coagulation process of the electrocoagulogram of the blood and compare them with the same indices of the process of blood coagulation in norm and with differently directed abnormalities diagnose disorders of the functional state of the hemostasis system, differs in that the limiting voltage is determined from the calibration characteristic, calibration is carried out a priori for two measured and known values of the upper and lower boundaries of the adaptive range, the calibration characteristic is a function of the time constant compensating for the uncertainty of the limiting voltage chosen arbitrarily, and connecting the reference and measured characteristics due to the normalization of the measured values by known ones, according to the calibration characteristic, the real values of the time constant and the blood stress limit are found, on which the calibration characteristic of the time constant, the reference characteristic is consistently constructed and the indices of the beginning and the end of the blood clotting process are determined.
